The Party has nominated Malik Muhammad Umer as the additional spokesperson from Jammu province to assist the chief spokesperson at provincial level in matters related to the media.
Umar is a youth leader from Kishtwar district of Chenab valley and is state General Secretary of the youth wing of the party.
