Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party Chief and former Chief Minister Ms. Mehbooba Mufti Saturday expressed grief over the sad demise of Ms. Sheila Dikshit, former Chief Minister of Delhi.
In her condolence message, Mehbooba highlighted the role Ms. Dikshit played for the upliftment of society’s downtrodden and underprivileged sections.
She termed Ms Dikshit a role model for the people who aspire to serve the society and represent the unrepresented in the power corridors.
Mehbooba has prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members.
